Ordering & Delivery Policy
- Tai Chong Kok contracts external couriers for our deliveries.
- Due to the current Covid 19 Pandemic, our deliveries might face unexpected delays.
- Tai Chong Kok will not be responsible for any courier providing these services.
- Tai Chong Kok will not be responsible for any damages or accept any complaints once the product has left our premises.
- In case of loss or damaged products via delivery, claims should be made directly to the courier or logistics supplier. We will provide all necessary contact details to our partners.
- Please ensure that recipients are aware of the delivery and that there is someone to receive the order. The courier may attempt to contact you or the recipient during the delivery so please ensure that all contact numbers are accurate and available.
- Please note that re-delivery is not possible and if required, will incur an additional fee.
- Delivery will only be confirmed once the delivery fee has been paid.
- Cancelled orders are subject to surcharges.

At Tai Chong Kok, we have been making traditional mooncakes and Cantonese pastries the same way since 1935 - from scratch and by hand.
For 3 generations we have used only premium ingredients to produce our authentic Cantonese confectionary.
Tai Chong Kok mooncakes are renowned for their genuine taste of tradition. We are one of the very few bakeries left in Singapore that still produce our fresh lotus paste by using 100% pure lotus seeds with no preservatives added and these fill mooncakes that are formed in the same traditional wooden moulds used at the original Sago Street shop in Chinatown more than 80 years ago.
