At Tai Chong Kok, we have been making traditional mooncakes and Cantonese pastries the same way since 1935 - from scratch and by hand.
For 3 generations we have used only premium ingredients to produce our authentic Cantonese confectionary.
Tai Chong Kok mooncakes are renowned for their genuine taste of tradition. We are one of the very few bakeries left in Singapore that still produce our fresh lotus paste by using 100% pure lotus seeds with no preservatives added and these fill mooncakes that are formed in the same traditional wooden moulds used at the original Sago Street shop in Chinatown more than 80 years ago.
